Air Duct Cleaning
One of our NADCA certified (ASCS) Air Systems Cleaning Specialist is responsible for each job to ensure complete compliance with NADCA Standard ACR 2013 and NAIMA Standard, AH-122. Our Technicians have OSHA 10hr training including PPE and have equipment / lift use licenses. We insure that the work is done properly the first time, every time.
HVAC Hygiene / Restoration
Our exclusive steam cleaning and pressure washing of coils can be done with no chemicals and be completely “Green”. Our Restoration process includes complete cleaning of the Air Handling Unit (AHU) including, fans, coils, motors, condensate pans and cabinet walls. If needed, we can remove and replace deteriorating insulation and stop leaky drain pans.
Certified HVAC Inspection
Our NADCA Certified Ventilation Inspectors (CVI) can do a simple visual inspection up to a full system inspection including digital pictures, remote video, sampling, reporting and presentation to management. We have inspected 30+ story risers, under slab ducting, remote video in inaccessible ducting and everything in between.

Established in 1982, Connecticut Steam Cleaning, Inc. is a commercial cleaning company that specializes in HVAC air duct cleaning, and commercial pressure washing. We service residential, commercial and industrial properties in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New York.
We have been members of the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) since 1990 and have Certified Air Systems Cleaning Specialists (ASCS) on staff.
